Each Vegan capsule contains: Quercetin 250 mg, Colecalciferol Vitashine™ (Vitamin D3 500 IU) 12.5 mcg, Zinc Gluconate 153.14 mg (equiv. Zinc 20 mg), Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 250mg.
Directions for use: Take one (1) capsule twice daily with food or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
