Used since antiquity, this rich, sweet-balsamic essential oil has many cosmetic and therapeutic application. In traditional aromatherapy, it is used:

- 100% natural. Free from SLS, parabens, synthetics and fillers, guaranteeing unaltered, pure oils
- Steam distilled from resin produced by the tree of the genus Boswellia, native to north east Africa.

Boswellia caterii gum oleoresin essential oil 1mL/mL -
- Adults only: To help mild respiratory conditions and help relieve mild anxiety, stress and nervous tensions – add 6 drops to 500mL hot water and inhale steam vapour.
- For topical application to relieve minor wounds and inflammatory skin complaints – Add 5 drops (1/4mL) in 10mL carrier oil

The length of time for the expiration date or "best used before" date depends on the type of product, as well as the brand.
Our receiving department does its best to verify and then enter the correct expiration dates for all incoming products. However, discrepancies do occur from time to time. This being said, the exceptionally high turnover at our pharmacy ensures that our inventory is among the freshest in the industry.
