Each tablet contains:
Magnesium amino acid chelate (Meta Mag®- Magnesium diglycinate) 500 mg Equiv. elemental Magnesium 50mg Magnesium amino acid chelate 750 mg Equiv. elemental Magnesium 150 mg Zinc sulfate monohydrate 19 mg Equiv. elemental Zinc 7.0 mg Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 16.6 mg Chromic chloride 1.0 mg Equiv. elemental Chromium 200 microgram Selenomethionine 33 microgram Equiv. elemental Selenium 13 microgram No added artificial flavouring, colouring or preservatives. Free from gluten, wheat, dairy, lactose, corn, cereals, eggs, nuts, starches, yeast and salt.

Adults:
- To support healthy muscles and energy production: Take 1 tablet three times daily.
- For daily magnesium supplementation: Take 1 tablet daily.
